The Chrismukkah Parade, Part III: Missoula; The Day Itself

We flew up to Missoula on the 24th to spend the holiday with Grandpa Jon Jackson, Jean, Uncle Devin, Aunt Rose, and a whole passel of Montana-based friends. Needless to say, Jackson got a whole bunch more presents, which he loved.

In our family, it just wouldn't be Christmas without a new Carl Larsson calendar. How did this tradition start? We don't know. Probably had something to do with that trip to Sweden in the early 1980s. Amazingly, Jean looks happy as she anticipates looking at another 12 months of 19th century Swedish country living.
