Magpie Festival 2006: Part II - The Arts Themselves

Saturday night the Festival of the Arts got underway in earnest, with the annual poetry reading followed by a cavalcade of bands, including our own reunited Missouri Breaks. Megan and Brendan maintained their title as Best Hosts Ever, and their house and property were gorgeous as always - it reminded us of our wedding there in 2002. Jackson tried to charm the ladies with his new western shirt, courtesy of Dad, and Matthew tried to charm us in other ways. Here you see the stage at twilight with the sun setting over the Sierra Valley behind it. A perfect night.
